Our Story

In 2011, Colleen created her own luxury certified organic aromatherapy brand called Lucy Annabella Organics. At this time, she needed to find a solution to the time consuming and complex mathematical processes involved in creating compliant chemistry based essential oil formulations.  Little did she know that this would lead her to building LabAroma, a trailblazing online chemistry-based learning tool for teaching plant chemistry to the aromatherapy and herbal industries. 

Today, LabAroma is the world’s leading plant science blending tool, available in multiple languages including French, Portuguese and Japanese with users in 26 countries worldwide.
